Five converted apartments situated in the up-and-coming neighbourhood of Saint-henri. Carefully planned apartments optimise the site to its full potential, adding density and aesthetic to the original run-down heritage triplex.
The palette of the red brick is carried through to the exterior metal cladding, steel structure, balconies, firestairs, and the sunken red concrete walled garden to the rear.
The interior is playful, yet timeless and refined, offering well planned out apartments.
