ART

My work is inspired by the built environment - shapes in architecture and patterns in city planning. And also by landscapes - patterns in the natural environment and in man-made agricultural landscapes

.
I mainly use ink on paper and explore with pens of all different line weights, starting thin and light and gradually adding weight and contrast. My technique is greatly influenced by my design background, blending precision with intuition. But more recently I have been exploring different printmaking techniques, including drypoint, collograph, photopolymer and linocut.

If you're interested in a piece or a commission, please get in touch — I’d love to hear from you.
